The Process

01

Relationship & Selection

We work directly with cooperative leaders to identify exceptional micro-lots. Relationships are built over multiple seasons, not single transactions.

02

Quality Verification

Every lot is cupped by independent SCA-certified Q-graders and tested in ISO 17025 certified labs. We publish full cupping scores, moisture, density, water activity, and defect counts.

03

Documentation & Traceability

GPS coordinates of the farm, harvest records, processing logs, export permits, phytosanitary certificates, and bills of lading. Every document assembled and verified on the CG platform.

04

Compliance & Screening

Satellite-based deforestation screening (WHISP), geolocation validation, and EUDR readiness assessment. All compliance evidence assembled automatically for EU importers.

05

Delivery & Transparency

Real-time shipment tracking from Djibouti port to US warehouse. Temperature and humidity monitoring in transit. Full price waterfall published from farmgate to landed cost.
